To my mind this is the most actively campaigning group on behalf of CFSs. Their email newsletter is excellent and well worth subscribing to!

Action for M.E.

This is an active national ME support group with locally based contacts. Initially I found this a useful organisation. Now they seem to have gone down the CFS is psychological path so I am no longer a supporter of them.

An online support group/forum

On a global support group called ME-CFS Community.com there is a UK group formed by a CFS sufferer Kieran Hall. The desire to break the isolation of the illness lead him to set up a place for UK sufferers with ME and CFS to go to. Membership is offered to everyone completely free of charge and the only motivation is the desire to support sufferers as well as enable exchange of information. The link to the UK Group is on the right hand side of the Main Page. Please, note that Dr Myhill does not necessarily endorse all the information on the ME-CFS Community.com website.
