DESCRIPTION

This test measures testosterone levels in 4 salivary samples over 24 hours. The samples are collected at 8am, 12 noon, 4pm and midnight.

4 salivary collection containers, plastic transporter for the sample containers, returnable padded envelope and address label, laboratory request form and instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS

The kit will be sent to you directly from the laboratory. This includes detailed instructions for doing the test, including collecting the samples and posting them to the lab. Please, ensure that the request form is completed and returned with the samples.

NB PLEASE NOTE THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE LETTER TO GP FOR NON-PATIENTS.
